use a cream call neet i use that in the summer for my legs. it does not hurt and make the legs smooth and silky. it will last 2-3 weeks.

then when you are done. be wash arms with good soap and hot water. to take off any left over chemicals that are still on the skin. this takes about 10 minutes to do.

trimming is the easiest way to get the hair under control...but if you are looking for complete and "permanent" hair removal you may consider Sugaring. Only use an esthetician who uses the Alexandria sugaring technique and product. It is MUCH less painful than waxing (it still stings though...don't get me wrong!)...and it takes awhile to do depending on how much hair you have, but it is supposed to last longer between treatments and actually prove to be more "permanent" than waxing. also, you don't have to trim before the treatment which saves you time. it will cost just a teeny bit more than waxing, but many people say it's worth it. I am an esthetician and have done it many times. I don't recommend it for someone who just wants to be smooth once, for a special occasion or something. rather, I think it's better for long term hair removal. good luck.

If you don't want to suffer through the pain of waxing try Nair Hair Remover--aloe and lanolin lotion formula is excellent for sensitive skin. It takes about 15 minutes maximum to apply and rinse off. Make sure to use disposable gloves when applying the lotion and a wash cloth when rinsing off in the shower. Hair does not grow back stubbly like it does after shaving and skin is very smooth. This method is good for bikini area also (much easier than getting a brazilian wax--ooouuuch!).

There are many creams out there now that are very easy to apply and usually only take a few minutes. They're odorless and inexpensive. You can purchase them at beauty salons or supply places and even at some grocery stores. Hope this helped. DooMee2x
