Say if your kids invited some Christian's kids over would it be a good idea to teach them about Allah and his prophet Muhammad? Even if those kids are being raised as Christian?

Or what if you teach them about Voodoo or educate them on atheism?

Is this a good thing to do since the kids are probably being deprived of this knowledge in their home?

If it's just teaching them what it's about and letting them understand your culture, then it's probably okay. But that's just for mature kids, if the kids are really young, maybe no, cause kids might get the wrong idea of things and we really don't want confused kids on the streets.

I mean, some kids are really mature and know how to look at things. You can't really preach something of your religion to a 5 year old of another religion, that's not a wise thing to do, kind of offending to the parents and guardians.

Adolescents are able to understand other cultures so it's alright with them, the mature ones at least.

No. It is not OK.

Muslims should not influence infidel's children regarding Islam. And Christians should not influence non Christian children.

For example, do you think it is a good ideal for other kids to teach your kids that Muhammad was a false prophet?

Kids should be kids and if they want to know something, they should first ask other kids. If your kids don't know the answer, they should ask you and convey your answer.

You're assuming that this does, in fact, constitute a deprivation, rather than an affirmation of the beliefs of the child's household. Some people don't feel like obsessively teaching their child every point of view is necessary. I know that I don't.

I will teach my child about motorcycles someday, though.

They will seek out the information if they are interested. Both my parents were 'believers' but I decided aetheism suited me best at the ripe old age of nine. To each his own. Leave the kids alone. Let them be kids or for SURE you'll be raising an aethiest. Organised religion is BS, pure and simple.

if some christian kids parents found out thier kid was being taught the koran there would be no follow up visit. it's my opinion that children should decide for themselves about what (if any) religion to follow, parents should allow kids free acess to research whatever fills thier hollow little sould. of course that will never happen and children will grow up believing in whatever mommy and daddy believe.

It is the sole decision of the parents what religion their children follow. It is wrong to interfere with someone else's family, which can cause divisivenes and disapproval, not to mention infighting. We live in an individualistic society with an emphasis on privacy and private nuclear family life.

Kids want to be kids. Unless Nintendo Wii makes a game that teaches religion, and IT IS FUN, they just won't do it.
