You should still get your W2. Even though they went out of business, the people who ran the business and who maintained the books are still legally obligated to generate and file the W2 forms.

If you have not received your W2 by mid-February, contact the IRS. They will investigate the matter and either compel the responsible party to produce the W2s or they will assist you in generating a substitute W2 that you can use to file your return.

by law they still have to send them to you, weather themselves or by hiring an outside company, if they do not id contact the irs hotline . the dealine for them to get your forms to u i believe is april 15th

Notify the IRS tomorrow, ask them.
They will have records on them from last year.
