Should I tell them to shut up as I am trying to answer questions here?

I think you should. I mean they are just talking about one little business. You are trying to make the world a better place for everybody.

I had the same problem at school with exams. I'd be standing in the corridor chatting to a mate and some burk, a so-called "invigilator", would pop his nosey head out of the classroom and tell US to keep the noise down and have some respect. I ask you!

How rude and inconsiderate of them, perhaps you should demand a pay rise for putting up with them while trying to answer questions!

Some people have no manners at all.....how are you supposed to concentrate with all that babble in the background.....try sticking your fingers in your ears and typing with your nose.
