I think to find a good recipe site, go to google.com & search "Indian Recipes" or "World Cuisine Recipes",
If u r looking for Indian Cuisines, then i recommend two website:
1)Kitchens of India ( http://www.kitchensofindia.com/connoi_festive.htm ): This website updates its festive recipe every month, so we get to know the recipes which we can cook in a special occasion.
2)Food.sify.com( http://food.sify.com/ ): This website provides recipes both Indian & World Cuisine.

Best way is to type the "name of dish,followed by space and then type recipe" in google search.You will get excellent result.A few good sites are Bawarchi.com,Angithi.com.
