The surfactant is in a detergent but i don't have its composition and i'd like to know if stainless steel can corrode because of the detergent

Not likely. Your soap is going to act as an electrolyte, so if your stainless is coupled through the electrolyte and a conductor (other metal parts) to aluminum, for example, you will gavanically corrode the aluminum.

Check the pH of your detergent solution. If it is very acidic or alkaline, it could cause some corrosion.
