okay, about a year and a half ago i weighed 240lbs and i lost about 80lbs running and doing some weight training...but i dont know how to tighten up the extra skin and and get toned...its not that much but no matter waht i do it wont go away and i just want a six pack...and ive been thinking about taking Hydroxycut so it would help loose the remaining weight and tighten up the loose skin so i can get a six pack...i work out alot now and do alot of stomach exercises but nothings helping...how should i go about tightening my midsection and should i take hydroxycut? does it tighten up your body, and does it help with definition? what should i do? has anyone ever taken that stuff? and does it help? how long does it take to work and i just want to lose 20lbs and tighten up my midsection...is that the way to go? how much do i have to take to lose that much weight? i just wanna get toned and ripped...how do i get a body like that? HELP!

Oh. Just the other day I heard that our skin forgets how to shrink back after remaining stretched out for too long. You might have to get a surgery to tighten up the skin there.... I don't know how loose your skin is.

Good for you on losing all that weight! I know how hard it can be to tighten up the skin after losing weight. There are some great exercises you can do, I just recently found ot that situps aren't one of them. Who knew? I don't know if you tried out core exercises yet or not but those do work wonders. I haven't heard or seen anything good from hydroxycut. If you go to www.womenshelp.net. There is a best exercise page and they give some great exercises to do as well as some really good links for Hoodia and other great things that can help. Check it out, I am sure you will find alot of usefull things on there. Good Luck!
