Moving around, walking from health food store to health food store reading the labels on weight loss potions and then walking to the library to read about weight loss programs and then ... drink adequate water, flavoring it with fresh citrus juice will I guarantee that you will loose weight, or at least move it around abit.

Pineapple, lemon and cranberry juice (without added sugar, of course) can help you lose weight.
