YES...That's what happens with eczema. You scratch first because you are itchy and then the rash pops up.

Yes, but the degree of the rash depends on why you're scratching so much. Scratching irritates your skin, so it can very likely cause a rash. Hope I helped!

it can cause skin irritation and it can spread rashes, but it cant really cause them unless there is something on your fingers or under your nails that would give you a rash.
