Other than religious ecstasy, what has been your best natural high?

I do not use drugs. I would say I feel great when I understand something I had a hard time grasping. Learning is my high point in life.

nutrition. I swear to god, the 2nd I actual have an outstanding meal, i'm long previous. I bounce off the partitions until the flexibility is long previous and that i've got 10000000 witty comments to declare. different than that, extreme would not exist for me :P

Just waiting in anticipation for the moment my kids get off the bus and I can hold them in my arms and tell them how much I love them. I get so full of love, joy, and gladness I can't really describe how I feel.

Or brain induced high? Being outside in Nature, being in love, being behind the wheel of race car, etc..

Hi Amy!!
When I had pay all my bills, done my chores, spoken to my children and know they are O.K., sit down and relax.
There is no natural high more "high", than knowing you are doing the best you can, feel at peace and bills are payed!!!
