Hello everyone :) I have been working out in the gym for a long time. 3 months ago I started having caffiene drinks like coffee and tea and I noticed that I was becoming not able to lift the same weights I used to lift and my muscles feel weaker and loosing strengh than before...? Is this a side effect from caffiene? how can I gain my strengh back?

What kind of tea are you drinking? Certain types can actually cause drowsiness and fatigue.

Caffiene does not weaken muscles, it is a stimulant. In fact it gives you energy. People who have caffiene pre work out hav ethe potential to burn more calories.

Maybe you are over training? You should give you muscle's a 24 hour rest period before retraining them. This includes muscles trained as a secondary empasis to an exercise i.e for the bench press exercise, the primary emphasis is on the pectoral muscle groups where as the triceps have a secondary emphasis.

Split routines are good. The 24 hr rest period is vital is this is when all the benefits of training develop such as growth of muscle fibres. If you continually train, then your muscles will become fatigue resulting in decreased output.

u pissed it away~the certain is a product i hope i spelled it right it is useful as a binder for what you need to do now ask gnc for certain, it is all so the stuff that makes jello ~in to jello its the binder, your like everybody else you take supplements so and on to the max side of them till u feel there back again, the mental attitude is to go from good to great here because of your observations, but don't lose sight of understanding moderation to coffee cause it is the greatest thing since cop wont arrest u for it

i'm sorry, yet you're caught. The bladder will immediately convulse while this is close to finished, and stress you to pee. there is an standard for a optimal volume, yet yours could be smaller. only circulate pee. you are going to moist your self otherwise. there is fairly no different option.
