Should i put it on before I take a shower and then wash it of? Why don't they put this stuff in a bottle so I don't have to break open all those capsules?

I'm not sure if you are trying to be funny, or if you are serious. Assuming you are being serious, you need to take the fish oil capsules orally! These contain nutrients (omega-3 oils) that are vital to skin health and many other physiological functions in the body. Take the fish oil capsules with meals.

Best wishes and good luck.

So it really smells like fish, huh? lol
Do you HAVE to use fish oil? If I'm not mistaken you are supposed to take them by mouth. If you wish to use something topical, why not try vitamin E oil instead? Personally, I use baby oil straight out of the shower and rub it in until it is virtually gone, and have never had a problem. At one time I did use Vitamin E oil with the same results.
Maybe talk to someone at a natural living store and they can give you an alternative to fish oil, something that will give you the same results, but with no funkiness. Just a thought.

Try taking the capsules with a glass of water instead. For external application try pure Vitamin E oil. All skin types need some type of oil. Vitamin E oil is really good for moisturizing and clearing scarring and marking on your skin. Hope this helps.

Switch to Vitamin E capsules. You break them just like fish oil. If you want to use fish oil, use salmon oil, I think it has no smell.

HAHAHHAHAHAHA. that's funny. i think they meant for you to drink the fish oil. if it is in capsules, your probably supposed to drink it down with water. i dunno if omega-3 help with your skin though.
