For me, I don't think of God as the answer to all my problems, rather all my trials. If you think about it, every hard thing you go through in life teaches you something that you couldn't have learned any other way. Some things that you have already put to use, some that you are not aware of. Then again, I don't believe EVERY trial that comes upon you is meant to be. Rape, murder of a loved one, abuse; these are just shity things that happen because life sucks. I guess it comes down to people are afraid of life and all of the problems in it. God supposedly knows everything, so he is the answer to all of our problems.

Because it says in the Bible that we should only rely on Jesus for all our strength and when you look towards Him then the sinful nature of humans is less and our spiritual nature shines through. When you have a relationship with Jesus Christ it brings peace to any situation and love into a loveless relationship.
Without God in our lives a lot us would not be here to tell about it.
I hope that you find the answer that you were looking for, but still if someone gives their ideas and views that is just their opinion so I would recommend reading what the Bible talks about God and His plan for our lives and to pray to Him for answers. He may not always answer when you want Him to, but His timing is perfect.
God Bless

The longer I live my life, the more I realize I know nothing. There is too much to understand, too much to take in, that my efforts alone are not good enough.
People who believe in God believe that He sees their lives from beginning to end- He knows today what will happen to us tomorrow. If I ask for help, He will point me in the right direction. If God knows what path will be best for me, why shouldn't I ask him?
It doesn't matter if there are people who can't understand this. You haven't been through my experiences.
Some people have too much pride in themselves. But the older you get, the more you realize that the world is a big place, and you don't know everything, and never will. That is why I ask for help.

Is like for example: you have a multimillionaire Father and you leave home, then you are wandering in the street, struggling for maintaining your life, as soon as you come back home with your father all your problems are finished, your father will take care.
Similarly we all have the same father, God, and we are suffering and struggling because we left Him, and therefore we are loitering and getting rotten in this material world, as soon we accept and surrender to God, He will take care of us. But you have to consider, also, that your problems are due to desire to enjoy unlawfully the property of our Supreme father.
We have got right to enjoy the property of father, God, without infringing others' right. Just like in family, we live, so many brothers. So whatever father, mother gives us to eat we eat. We don't encroach upon others' plate. That is not civilized family. Similarly, if we become God conscious, then the whole problems of the world—sociology, religion, economic development, politics—everything will be solved. That's a fact.

God offers us eternal life in Heaven. The life in Heaven will be perfect. No war, no such thing as sickness or death, no one will be hungry, angry, sick, lonely, homeless, and much more. Heaven is greater than we can imagine. God is the only way out of this world into Heaven. Jesus gave us the way to Heaven but it's up to us to accept it. Plus, as the Bible teaches, the prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much. There is no greater power, knowledge and love than Gods.God as creator has given us a world to live in, explore, refine, promote, employ its resources. That's pretty good reason to know that God is the answer to all things.

God is not necessarily the answer--but he's part of the solution. God is there to guide us through if we seek his wisdom. God doesn't always give us the solutions we want and sometimes we may think he's not even listening or doing anything for us--but it's all part of his divine plan for our lives. God never promised he wouldn't let us get into troubles and he never promised he would magically solve all of our problems, but he did say that he would lead us through anything he brings us to.

Because he is the only answer there is for all things. Only God can bring about peace and unity, only God can truly heal the Sick, and disabled! Only God can bring his promise to humans about in (Revelation21:4) But it is not everyone who thinks so, and some even think that they can sit in God's seat and do better than God can.

This is a question I've been asking for quite a few years. I think the problem comes in people's perception of Deity. They tend to view God as something external and treat him/her like a magic genie. Plus, most religions don't teach self reliance. Something happened to that old addage that God helps those who help themselves. I think they quit teaching it. The moral of that being that God (the idea of God) is internal and provides strength and wisdom - not the granting of wishes. People still need to learn to do for themselves.

Very often , our own resources ( Brain, Brawn ) are found inadequate to solve certain problems ourselves. A divine intervention seems the only hope.
