You need some sort of bread, maybe biscuits or crusty bread. A salad would help to balance out the meal so it is not all heavy. You could fit in a fruit and cheese course with some nice crackers. I think banana pudding sounds great for dessert.... apple pie or strawberry shortcake would be nice too.

Why not keep it simple ,yet very tastey and for an entree make
a pumpkin soup :-

* Half a Butternut pumpkin,peeled,rough cut.
* 1 White onion, peeled,rough dice.
* 3 Cloves garlic,crushed
* Fresh chichen stock or cube

*Saute Onion, Garlic until slightly brown, add pumpkin
and chicken stock and let simmer till pumpkin's soft
and then puree, adjust seasoning add a dash of cream.

Serve with Crusty bread like a French stick or Ciabatta bread.
you could also make a Brushetta mixture to go with the bread.

*4 Tomatoes, seeded and diced
*1 Spanish onion diced
* Basil leaves roughly chopped
* Oilive oil, just enough to combine.
* Balsomic vinager,just a dash to taste
*Salt and Cracked pepper

*Combine all ingriedients and presto an Italian Brushetta mix
serve with sliced crusty french stick Yummy..
Thats two meals in one, and then you have the Shepherd's
pie and banana pudding!! Sounds delicious good luck and
make sure you serve ice-cream with the pudding !! YUM!!
