Well, she is sexy at 16? Well, its ok or maybe its just your viewpoint. She isnt a major I think so. Legal age for marrying is 18 and in some places 21. Having sex with underaged people even though consent is mutual, once the case registered by the police, its considered illegal and you can be arrested.
So wait until she turns 18 or 21, then have sex with her. Play safe, play it legal.

She's jail bait. You didn't say where you live, but here in the
US, and adult having sex with an underage kid can be
arrested for statuatory rape. Because they are considered
a minor, they lack the mental maturity to make such a
serious decision . Even if its not against the law where
you live, you should wait until she is more mature, and not
just a teenager acting impulsively without thought of the
consezuences (like pregnancy, stds, etc.) Since you are
the adult, you should show some moral turpitude and refrain
from taking advantage of her immaturity.

First of all good that you are 21 yrs old but i tell you she is not even 18 yrs old....!!! so please think before you get into all the trouble but i can tell one thing to you she may be Hot or what ever you want to call her but she is not 18".OK.
