75 lb overweight, do 75-90 min aerobic 3x/wk, walk 1 mile 3x./wk, eat 1600-1800 cal/day good nutrition diet. After the aerobics I go to work & there alll I want to do is lie down and rest (not sleep) several times a day. In the office elevator if alone I lean against the wall w/ eyes shut, so tired. I sleep well at nite for 7-1/2 hrs.

exhaustion?

cut down to 30 to 45 minutes of exercise on the same schedule and gradually work up to the 75 to 90 minutes over a few months.

STAY HYDRATED. Drink water, not that health drink crap. Avoid caffiene.

You need to see a doctor. Don't take anyone's advice here. You could have sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or a myriad of other sleep disorders. This could be serious. Get professional medical advice. Good luck.

You should talk to your doctor about this. He/she will be able to rule out serious problems. However, it sounds like you are exercising too much. Overtraining can cause the symptoms you're talking about. Again, talk to your doctor.

You need to check if you have a cardiac condition , especially if there is a family history of cardio vascular diseases.

maybe you have low iron like me. take your vitamins and iron supplements.
