As others have pointed out, it's considered shouting. But also, capital letters are a bit harder to read because even though they're bigger, they're more similar in shape. Most people think it's okay to use caps on a word or two for EMPHASIS, but not the entire message.

When I hand write all my letters are capital. I wouldn't find it rude if someone typed me a message in all caps.

Capital letters when typing a message mean emphasize, yelling, so it's not nice.

I yell decrease back at 'em. i will respond interior the main sane way i will muster (*snert!*) then whip out with the WHY ARE WE YELLING??? I basically assume they are the two very indignant human beings or they have an unusual might desire to over-emphasize all of their words because of the fact no person in genuine existence particularly listens to their hysterical rantings. I do study it although. except that is that unbroken wall of C&P textual content fabric and assorted yelling. i won't be able to stand that. Being crushed excessive with a baseball bat may well be greater friendly than examining that form of crap.

It's considered rude because it expresses a very intense emotion of anger or rage. It is the equivalent of yelling at someone and can be misconstrued easily.
