waxing such personal places u have mentioned in your post hurts
try to use any hair removing cream n try to buy one for sensitive skin and shave them off thats the best thing u could do without leaving any blemishes and rashes

If it bothers you that undesirable and also you sense the scars are from shaving, I propose you both wax or use a hair eliminating cream. i do not learn about the adult adult males's razor yet when its possibility-free to apply on their face it should be possibility-free for you.

Have you heard about Laser Hair Removal? You'll have a skin as smooth as a baby...forever...But then don't start asking how to regrow hair...:P

Will be very hurt to wax them. To get rid permanently, you have to consult to a special doctor. Maybe a skin doctor.
Why don't you shave them.

Not sure if this can be done.
But you could check into Lazer/laser (not sure of spelling) to remove unwanted hair.
Check with electrologist.
