It would really help to know how old you are. If it's a first love then it easily explained, it's just that, your first love. If she is everything your looking for why are you wasting precious time here when you could be with her. Ask her out but don't come off desperate. Smothering a woman can be a turn-off to some. Why you love her honestly is only a question you can answer, but it sounds like she fulfills every need you are looking for in a girl or woman. Not to many times that comes along in your life, ask her out, see if the feelings are mutual, if so great. If not well as rotten as it may sound, the last thing a guy like to hear is "let's be friends", but you may have made yourself a lifelong friend which too is a hard thing to come by. Good luck!

Maybe because in the end personality means a lot more than looks when it comes to compatibility. Even the sexiest girl can be a totally ugly person to the core.

Chemistry, dynamics in your relationship, perhaps even a spiritual connection. Dear, looks aren't "everything" as some people believe them to be. in time you begin to realize that more and more. do u need a reason to know why you love her... she is the right gal for you if you love her despite of she not being the prettiest or the sexiest gal. inner beauty is much greater then exterior beauty.
u love her coz she knows you mush better than you know urself or may be she is the person whom you can lean on to and feel gud whenever you are down
