i plan to have a civil wedding but i want to be memorable.. me and my fiance were planning to get married but just civil wedd. since we cant married on church cuz there alot requirements to do and my fiance cant make it ..

Yes most defiantly you can do that. I just attended my best friends wedding in her uncles back yard along a river. It was so beautiful. Contact you local parks and recreation department and see about renting out a small area.

rMost City Parks have gardens, usually rose gardens, call the City and see if they can recommend a location (Parks and Recreation)
Are you in an area that is close to a Forrest? Call the National Forrest Dept. too
