I love him and i know he loves me but i know he is kind of afraid of losing his singleness and scared of change. He hangs out with friend a lot and stays late but i know he is a great person and cares about me a lot. I love him very much and want to find ways to make him to want to be around me and want to make him happy as much as i can. Please advise me about how to treat him and how to be direct about my intetions without pushing him since it's not like i am all despared about marriage but i want us to at least talk about it and think about it. I am not rushing about marriage but i am not 16 years old anymore and i am not looking for a date.. woanna build the relationship i always wanted.

You can't force him, trust me I know. It will not work if it's not moving fast enough for you, you either accept it or move on.

If he won't make a change for himself to commit to you, then he will be weak and will let you down if you pressure him to change. He will commit when he is ready and not before. When he can be sincere, you will know. But when he is ready, it might be too late for you, so that's what you tell him. Just say, "I don't want to push you, but you shouldn't take me for granted. I might not be here when you want to commit."
