I have a fear of big gorillas with a sense of humor. Naw, really, I am just in awe of them.
My fear ... actually, I have to say (honestly) I cannot identify with fear of any kind.

I am deathly afraid of bees. I don't know why---I'm not allergic to them and the pain/itching from being stung isn't so bad. But it's the buzzing sound that absolutely terrifies me. Even a horsefly that loudly buzzes nearby will send me into a panic. Every other part of my life is quite normal and I actually have little fear of anything so this phobia makes no sense to me. From spring to autumn I drive with the windows rolled up for the fear that a bee will fly into my car--there is no doubt that I'd wreck the car if that ever happened. Once, many years ago, a bee got into my house and I locked myself into my bedroom with towels rolled up at the doorway for 2 hours until my husband came home to help me (I've learned that a can of hairspray can hold them back while I make an escape). My ultimate nightmare: A swarm of Killer Bees. Few people know that I have this phobia and those who do know are surprised because I am a very independent and logical person.

I have a fear of being alone. I hate to go anywhere alone. I am always afraid something bad will happen and no one I know will be around to help me. This has subsided somewhat since I have a cell phone oddly enough. I guess it is because I know I could call someone quickly now and if I couldn't someone could use my phone to call. I also fear death but I think most people do.

I'm afraid of
1. public speaking
2. middle sized groups (form of social anxiety)
3. fanatics (right or left... Christian right or NOW,NAACP, etc...)
4. being naked in public (ever have those dreams? Me either)
5. people who seem insane walking up to me, pretending like they know me and asking me for money or other things. The other day a guy walked up to my car asking for a life... scary.

3. Fear of fish (i dont like being in any mass amount of water and feeling a fish brush up against me)
2. Fear of aliens (its weird i know but i cant even watch documentaries on t.v. about aliens its freaks me the heck out)
MY NUMBER ONE FEAR
1. Belly buttons....they gross me out, i dont like to see people touch theirs, it almost always makes me vomit (literraly) and i ESPECIALLY dont like anyone getting close to mine.
