I want to write:
She is wearing flip flops that are the color blue.
She is wearing a denim skirt.
She is wearing a (normal shirt no buttons) blue shirt with short sleeves made of cotton.
She is also wearing a blue scarf.
She is wearing a tan sweatshirt.

This is what I have in spanish:
Ella lleva unas sandalias de color azul.
Ella lleva una falda de mezclilla.
Ella lleva una camisetta con mangas cortas de algadon.
Ella tambien lleva una bufanda de color azul.
Ella lleva una sudadera de color tostado.

Looks good. However I would only change one sentence.

Ella lleva una camisetta con mangas cortas de algadon. <--yours
Ella lleva una camiseta de algodón con mangas cortas.

This change is required because you want to let the reader know that the shirt is made of cotton and it has short sleeves. The other way it sounds as if she is wearing a shirt and the short sleeves are made of cotton. Oh yes and cotton was misspelled. It has an ó not an a. Excellent job though.

The color tan in spanish is "canela" there is no color called tostado.
Ella tambien lleva una sudadera de color canela.

First OK
Ella lleva una falda de dril.
Ella lleva una camiseta de algodón con mangas cortas.
Ella lleva también una bufanda de color azul.
Ella lleva una sudadera color canela.

As mentioned by Marcelo it is not necessary to say "color" all the time.
just, sandalias azul, bufanda azul, etc.

Great job. Keep it up.

Instead of "LLEVA", you can say : "Está usando"

Almost perfect
The 4th sentence ought to say: ELLA LLEVA TAMBIEN....
...and remove the words DE COLOR in the 4th and 5th sentences, you could leave these last like they are, but they are not necessary (and match better with the English translation)
