Just want to know what is the thing they used to write on chocolates, to create messages etc.. I wanna do it for a gift. Is it some sort of cream? Don't know what is it called.

Thanks!

You could paint on the chocolate bar with a mixture of luster dust and vodka. Luster dust comes in many colors, but most of them look very pearlized. You could also melt some white chocolate and place it a in a piping bag and then "write" your message. If you are using a white chocolate bar you could mis some cocoa powder with a little vodka and then use a paint brush to paint what you want on the white chocolate.

Probably icing in a bag with a very fine nozzle. You may be able to get icing ready-prepared in this form if you look in a cake decorating shop, or the home baking aisle of a supermarket.
