yep. screw a screw into the cork and then use the nail puller side of a hammer to pull it out or a pair of pliers.
or turn the bottle upside down and hit the bottom repeatedly with a sneaker the cork should start to come out with each hit.
or go to the neighbours and borrow their corkscrew.
or use a bicycle pump with a ball needle and pierce the cork and pump the bottle open...
good luck

yes, if your desperate to open a bottle here you go, take a blunt object that is slightly smallerthe the mouth opening and push in. Be careful the cork floats so the first glass will poar slow untill the cork gets enough room to free the openingthen your good. The person who told you corks sink is a moron.

I've seen on a cooking show that some people open the bottle of wine just by chopping the head of the bottle of with a swift blow of a machete. I guess that's another way :)

Yes but not advised, my friends would push the cork into the bottle then when its totally in, you pour, the cork then floats to the bottom of the bottle.

sure, slam it against the counter andshatter the bottle...wouldnt recommend drinking it after though. Or, buy a bottle of cheap stuff like Arbor Mist and unscrew the cap.

Sure. Use your girlfriends lipstick. I use it all the time, when I don't have a corkscrew.

Never use a corkscrew. Use a cork puller.

If it doesn't have a cork, use it to wash the dog.
