You just have to surround yourself with English-speaking people all day, every day, and you'll start to think that way. Speak it yourself, to yourself if nobody else you know does. Read good English literature, taking it slow to pronounce every word. Singing helps too; when you incorporate music into learning, for some reason, you learn it better. Read lots of English books with a dictionary handy so you can look up unfamiliar words and phrases. Don't be afraid to practice your skills. Very few english speakers are critical of new talkers but dislike those who appologize for the attempt. Its also a great way to make friends with other English speakers by offering to teach them your language.

its not a hard work.
you can become fluent English speak by reading English novel and make a habit to talk English when to meet or talk to your friends. you can see English movies which can help you to upgrade you English.
it would be better if you listen English song most of the time and try to get the songs lyrics.

say everything in english, and over time your fluency will increase. you'l; also need to read in english. star with simple things, like comic books and progress up to novels. keep a dictionary handy to learn the meanings of words. many words in english have multiple meanings. it may be a noun, verb, pronoun or adverb, just by the way it is used in a sentence. as such, it would mean different things.

i use to have crazy accent but now i am all fluent, and i lived in a town and hanged around with people that spoke fluent English... and it works... or sometimes u just cant...
