I don't have iTunes and I really want to put some songs into my ipod. Is there any other way to put songs in. I have mp3 rocket, windows media player and if there is any other way, please tell me. Its okay if I have to do 18 steps in order to get songs in, but please help me.

You can download songs for free from file-sharing programs like Limewire or Ares (i recommend Ares). they don't need 18 steps but they are illegal.

If you want to download mp3 songs, there are number of file sharing programs like Limewire, Gnutella and Bittorent.

But if you want to transfer the songs to ipod, just connect to the USB port of your PC and it would be detected by your computer. Then you can just copy/paste the songs in Windows Explorer like you do normally.

LIMEWIRE~~~ they are free.... or just buy CDs and rip it to library and put it in to ur ipod..
