most likely, she doesn't know what you want out of the relationship either. tell her how you feel...there's a good chance she feels the same way!

I say go for it. You will always be upset at yourself if you don't do it. Don't come on too strong initially so that if she doesn't feel the same way, you can still continue the friendship. I don't mean to get your hopes up, but if she is like any regular girl, she will probably be extremely flattered and it is likely that even though she won't be into you right away, she will grow feelings for you (then again, she might like you right now too).
Good Luck!!

How old are you?
Can you see this hypothetical relationship actually going anywhere?
If not, why risk it? There's only one way that relationships end: badly. If you don't think it'll last, your friendship probably won't survive a break-up.
However, if you DO see it going somewhere, eg: Marriage, take the leap. I said earlier that your friendship probably wouldn't survive a break-up, but it probably would survive a rejection.
Bide your time, until current-boyfriend is on his way out, give her a little time to recover, and then tell her you like her.

HI Fitch, you should be honest to her, and respectful of how you feel, maybe then she realize how much you really care, sometimes girls are waiting for that extra invitation. If she really cares for you she should be able to tell you how she cares also and you can both take the next step in your friendship/relationship, With blessings Mysticbutterfly

you need to tell her, straight up. if you don't your frustration with her boyfriends (she might see it as a reflection on her) and just the tension of liking someone close to you but not saying anything, could really mess up your friendship. the worst thing that can happen is she'll say no, and then you can move on to the next option ;)

Just tell her how you feel. Tell her you don't want to ruin your friendship. Your friendship can get ruined if you don't tell her b/c of your jealousy! Just talk to her.
