HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, EGG YOLKS, SALT, MUSTARD FLOUR, ARTIFICIAL COLOR, POTASSIUM SORBATE AS A PRESERVATIVE, SPICE, PAPRIKA, NATURAL FLAVOR, DRIED GARLIC.
Make your own mayonnaise
3 Egg yolks
1/2 ts Lemon juice -or-1/2 ts Vinegar
1 pinch Black pepper
3/4 pt. Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt

Mayo. Miracle Whip is kinda gross.
This might be sort of a regional thing...most people from the south in the US would vote for mayo, and it seems like a lot of people from New England prefer Miracle Whip (based on my own observation, not by any means scientific).

Mayo is my preference. Miracle Whip is salad dressing. I make my own Mayo and add herbs to it such as dill or even garlic if it's for a gyro. it is easy to make and it tastes better than any commercial stuff out there. All you need is oil and eggs any herbs you might want a pinch of salt and a blender.

Miracle Whip in most cases. Mayo is good too though, I'm not picky.

OOHHHH- I LOVE this question! My girlfriend & I have been battling it out for YEARS about which is "better" -Miracle Whip or Helmans (aka Best Foods -here in the West). She won't even TOUCH (let alone TRY) anything with my M.W. on it, while I will at least choke down something with her Helmans if (God FORBID) we're out of M.W.. Of course, we have BOTH in the fridge, & we each grew up in famlies which served one or the other. So what's the difference? None really. -But we've had a heck of alot of fun teasing each other about it over the years... :)

I'm with Dashes on this one, Mayo all the way - Miracle Whip's flavor always makes me think it has soured or something.
