Of all the psychotic crazies that the world would be better off without, Like North Korea's Little Kim, or the Ayatolla of Iraq, of Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. or any of a number of African Dictators, Why do you pick a relative nobody?

On that Wikipedia Entry there is nothing there that says that he is a bad person.
He is a crown prince of Thailand. He served in the military. He fought against the Khmer Rouge (Which makes him a good guy in my book, My Wife is Cambodian)

SO whats your problem with him?

No tailands a nonstrategic country who probably wouldn't attack anyone. Plus its in the UN so that could get stickey(it would be more because hes not a secret agent. Britians killed a couple russians spies recently and no ones made too much noise about it. but otherwise it would be highly publicised)

Na. Probably not. He has not been in the front page lately and definitely no Idi Amin.
