I've heard that mixing one part of two different kinds of mountain dew makes something that makes you act like you've drank alcohol. Is this true? (I.E. 1 part Mountain Dew 1 part Mountain Dew Code Red making something to this effect.) What's the mixture?

There is no mixture, it's crap. The only way to make alcohol is to ferment or distill. Who ever told you that was dropped on his or her head as a baby.
