my ex bf is getting married this year, hia in fiji.he told me that he's not sure wether to get married or not,because he still love's me and there is apart of me that still with him,i told him that i can't cause i got a bf now,and i love him.i told him that we can only be best friends forever not more than that.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, but what you have to figure out is which lawn you want to mow.
It would be unfair to meddle in your ex's marriage plans if you are not sincere in your intentions with him. You need to work out if you want to be with the boyfriend you are with now or if you want to be with your ex. It is also no good if you intend to go back to your ex and think that it won't work as obviously it didn't last time or he wouldn't be your ex.
Only you can know your own heart but take into consideration that you are meddling with 4 peoples lives and not just your own.

you should just move on and let him handle his business he
sound like he not ready to get marry and you are the excuse that
he playing. if you are with someone else then leave it along, because at the need he may use you as the why he cant marry'her, he and ex and he should stay that way.. right now
friendhsip is out of question as well for now.

he obviously has doubts about getting married, therefore, he doesn't need to be married. and you are smart to stay with your boyfriend and not get mixed up in the mess that your ex is making.

There's nothing you can do. You have a new bf whom "you love". Your ex should not be troubling you to make a decision for him. If he still has feelings for you he should have never asked his finance for her hand in marriage.
