Well I lost a good amount of weight since September. Im lifting weights and doing cardio like running and or playing basketball. This is what I eat and have been eating: how is it?
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean High fiber and protein cereal.i add some almounds to it and flax seed with skim milk and a bannana
or kashi honey almound flax cereal or the kashi blueberry cereal
ill have eggs with wheat bread about once a week.

lunch: either chicken, turkey or tuna on wheat bread. with tomatoes and lettuce and onions

glass of light soy milk

snack: ive been having a v8 fusion drink a couple times a week. or ill have an apple or cellary and carrots.
dinner: a salad. usually grilled chicken, salmon, turkey, flounder, whole wheat spaghetti, very lean pork, beef. with some kind of veggies on the side. broccli, corn, green beans, something like that
snack: piece of fruit. after i come back from working out ill have a glass of skim milk. thats basically it. went from size 42 to a 36 or34

also i drink a gal of water a day and try to have a glass of wine a few times a week since its good for u. also i have a multi vitamin and ill try to take in some natural apple cider vinegar with water. ill add some natural lemon juice to a cup of water. Am i doing the right things? I wasnt sure what i started out at i think atleast 230 now im around 190 and my pants are a 36 and i get into a 34 now from in the summer i was a 42! i still want to lose, i want to be 175 but be muscular. im also 20 yrs old and about 5'8. what do u think?

Brilliant. Increase the fruits too! Drink green tea too... try researching antioxidant rich foods as well and couple all of that great eating with more exercise!

It's brilliant that you are doing both cardiovascular training and weight lifting... Just remember to challenge yourself and vary your exercise!

Drink more than 8 glasses of water a day too :D You're doing really well. All of those extras in the morning are providing you with a rich source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Keep the protein to a palm sized piece and replace butter with avacado on your sandwhich.

Have 6 small meals a day and try to have milk either cow or soy or what not... so long as it has calcium in it.

that sounds pretty good.. eatin healthy food.. nice.. keep it up.. jucises n watre when ever u get tirsty..
