I'm searching for the best 2" lift kit to give me room for the 33" tires that i'm installing. Is this a good kit for what I want?

I don't think so.. My friend has a shop and installs kits all the time. You need the kits with the springs and links to do it right. I also think that you will need to go at least 4" to not rub in a bind with 33s.

I've got a 2" ProComp suspension lift and a 1.25" JKS body lift, and my 33s clear beautifully both on and off road.

I wouldn't waste my time with a suspension lift that didn't include longer coils if you're looking to run 33s. You can get away with a Budget Boost if you want 31s, but in the long run it's not only about clearance, but also articulation, and the longer coils are the way to do that.

My $0.02. Note that this applies to my TJ - if you've got a KJ they have different clearances...

Wow! are not you the hot one!!! seems you relatively have not asked the question "Why". what sort of wheeling are you making plans? I ask this using fact every physique I actual have ever met that began out lifting their trip for seems finally ends up getting the malicious program to bypass off roading, and then they comprehend they did a good number of costly mods that don't translate alright to the dirt. So first shall we answer your question and then bypass from there. i'm valuable you're able to do a value selection raise applying spacer blocks and in fantastic condition 35s or possibly even 37s in case you fore bypass disconnecting the sway bar in front. on account that i'm not a JK guru i don't understand in case you may destroy out without reducing your flow case or not, or in case you're able to do some extra costly artwork on your t-case and force shaft. nonetheless, you may purely run some aggressive 33s and not applying a enhance and characteristic exciting on trails rated around 3.0 and under. purely positioned funds into some skids plates and physique armor, which seems way cool besides. As I mentioned, i'm not a JK gura, i'm a TJ guy. You ideal wager is to learn your guy or woman information by way of discovering the internet. Rusty's Off street is a stable place to start, Rubicon exhibit, Jeep communicate board, or purely use the google for "JK lifts" and spend an afternoon ejukat'n yerself

Actually you'd be better off using the body kit

http://www.4wd.com/Body-Lifts/SID34.aspx

you can get away with utilising your stock Shocks otherwise there is a lot more to it.

If I was going suspension I'd go with an actual suspension lift kit by either rancho or super lift .If you decide to go with the one you posted keep in mind you will need 4 Shocks 2" over stock.

full tractions a good lift company well worth its cost. you should be able to fit the 33s because those jeeps fit 32s stock i believe so ya dont go body lift its just gay it gives you no offroad capabilites and it makes you top heavy. the only thing you will need for sure is shocks and possibly sway bar disconnects unless you got that electronic sway bar disconnect in the front. but ya id go with it full traction is great id recommend them any day.

I would just do 2 inches with suspension pucks, you won't notice a differance in ride quality, it should clear your tires, Honestly if you don't plan on leaving the highway a lot you won't over flex it, if you are going to moab or doing 4.0 plus trails save the money and buy a real lift, Parking lot queens are one thing, but if you plan on being a trail dog, go bigger and go with a quality lift.
