I'm 5'7 and weigh 155 and I want to loose 20-25 lb. How much longer will it take, and am I on the right track? I just started working out 1 month ago this is what i do.

weekly workout:
monday -- running/walking/jogging 60 min
tuesday -- Spinning 60 min. - 30 min weights arms,legs,abs.
wednesday -- Spinning 60 min - 60 min weights " "
thursday -- 20/20/20 class: basicly 20 upper lower body, 20 abs, 20 aerobics. and after 30-60 min weights
friday -- Spinning different instructor 60 min -- 30-60min weights

diet:
meal 1: cereal, milk or 2slices bread, fatfree cream cheese. Approximately 160-200 cal
meal 2: Fat free chicken breast, cup of vegies. -or- Sandwich :
60 cal total slices ham. 20 cal fat free mayo. 15 cal mustard skip cheese.
meal 3: snack 100 cal diet coke.
meal 4: all whites omellet with 2 slices of ham, half of tomato.120 cal
meal 5: Special K 160 cal
meal 6: snack 100 cal diet coke.
Basicly I eat 1400 cal to 1600 cal a day.

Am I on the right track?

Your doing Great! But remeber that the number on the scale doesnt tell you how FAT you are. If you keep working out you will loose fat cells and gain muscle tissue.
Becuase muscle is denser then fat it weights more.
I'm 5'6 and 142, and a serious athlete. So keep working out and eating right. but dont let the numbers get to you.

not enough protein, fiber, fats or veggies.

consuming calories from the right sources makes the difference between losing a lot of fat and a little muscle or a lot of muscle and a little fat. the purpose of "weight" loss should be maximum fat loss with minimal loss of lean body mass.
