get blood shot after smoking a joint? And how does clear eyes make your eyes suddenly clear?

GENERALLY THE BLOOD VESSELS RESTRICT & APPEAR TO BE BLOOD SHOT----DUE TO IRRITANTS &/OR SLEEP DEPRAVATION----EYE TREATMENTS RELAX THE VESSELS & CLEAR DUE TO BETTER CIRCULATION.....BUT ONLY TEMPORARILY IF BAD CONDITIONS CONTINUE.....

the chemicals in pot make your blood vessels dilate in the eye and make it red. Clear eyes has a chemical to constrict the blood vessels and make them white again.
