Oh, honey, don't worry! There is a very simple solution for hard brownies! First, use a bit more suguar, I'm not sure how much you are using but try increasing the amount by, I'd say, half a cup. It may seem like a lot, and if you are watching your thighs, (like moi!!!) then use Splenda instead, it will have the same effect. I would also recommend adding just a pinch of parsley, not enough to effect the taste, but it should help soften up your brownies. You might also want to try just a hint a Anti-Freeze, say two table spoons? Finally, lots and lots of love! Hope this helps!

If you mean how to fix that batch after it has been cooked, not that I know of. Good with coffee to soften it up im sure. A prayer maybe? Some icing would help or if the outside is rock hard and the inside isnt... maybe room to cut off the hard stuff????? Sorry couldnt be of more help!

if they got hard from being exposed to the air you can put them in an airtight container with a piece of bread or a piece of an apple and the brownies might absorb moisture and soften up. If tey got hard from a recipe error like too much flour or if you just really overcooked them then it probably won't work. Good luck.

Seal them in a Ziploc bag with a few pieces of bread. When the bread dries out, replace it. What it does is draw moisture out of the bread and into the brownie. I do this to keep my cookies soft during the holiday baking span.

You have to separate the Egg into two part i.e. White part and the Yellow part ... bit it separate then add one at the time. Best I recommend you is buy cooking book at any store it has all the information you need.

Try microwaving them wrapped in a damp paper towel. This will steam some moisture into the dry brownies.
Microwaving them alone only softens the fat while hot and will dry them out once they cool.

have them lay around and watch TV and drink beer. That's what I do, and NOTHING on my body is rockhard.
I would say there is not much you can do. Best try a new batch.
