The 64 has 64 bit registers in the processor and the 86 has 32! Twice as much data is passed thru the new 64 in one tic of the clock as in a 32 bit system.

X64 is a younger brother of X84

64 bit version is optimized for the extra registers in a 64 bit CPU and a wider bus.

they're prolly just diff updated w.e. versions of one another no major differnce
