I would go with a nice salad first then a big fat porterhouse steak (medium rare) with a baked potatoe, green beans and some garlic bread, with a ice cold beer!! Then to finish it off a big piece of cherry cheese cake!

Ok people I understand you would not want to eat on your last day, but it is just a question of what is your fav meal!

NY strip cooked mid-rare with sauteed sea scallops. And tiramisu. And creme brulee. And a glass of chai tea. And it's 11:30 PM and now I'm hungry.

PS Boondock Saints is one of the coolest movies ever!

Excellent question, and very interesting to read everyone's answer as well!
I think I'd probably have a bowl of She-Crab bisque soup, a greek salad with plenty of feta cheese and black olives, a piece of rosemary crusted lamb with a few large sea scallops fried. A large baked potato with sour cream and cheddar cheese and creamed spinach on the side. Possibly some baklava and vanilla bean ice cream with fresh strawberry sauce for dessert. Hey if it's my last day why worry about calories right? :)

I've pondered on this question for a few min. If I knew I was really gonna die today, food wouldn't be on my mind. Eternity would be. I'd be too busy making sure I have things right between me and my Creator 'God'; and with everyone else.
I believe I am a 'good person', but I also know that being good won't guarantee me an eternal life in heaven. You see, even though I'm an over-all good person at heart I still sin.
I have to ask myself: have I ever told a lie? Then what would that make me? A lier!
Have I ever stolen anything, no matter how small, then I'd be a thief.
Have I ever used God's name as a cuss word? Then that would make me a blasphemer.
Jesus said that if I have as much as looked upon another person with lust, then that would make me an adulterer at heart.
Sin will not enter heaven; period. And if I am a lying, theiving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart, then I have already broken 4 of the 10 commandments God set forth. And I haven't even touched on the other 6. No matter how good I think I am, without the remission of my sins through the precious blood of Jesus (who paid our debt in full on the cross; who took our punishment upon him so that we might live eternally with his heavenly Father) I would forever live in a burning lake of literal fire where Satan and his co-horts are. Our choices here will determine where we will spend eternity.
Jesus loves you, possibly more than you know. Talk to him like you would with a friend. Tell him your heart. Ask him to forgive you of your sins. He will-you know.
My next meal after I leave this life will be with Christ in heaven setting at the Supper Table enjoying the feast he has set before me, never to know sorrow, pain or death ever again.
I hope to see you at that table too. Remember:
"Heaven or Hell, eternity is forever". Which will you choose? God bless...

That sounds great, but i wouldn't really go for it.

I would like:
A large serve of roast pork - with heaps of crackling
A baked potato with bacon bits in it and fresh butter
A slice of roast butternut pumpkin - skin still attached
Peas, broccoli and cauliflower (with cheese on top)
With an ice-cold Boag's St.George beer, or 3

and just for desert, an apple rhubarb crumble with organic vanilla ice cream.

I am going to die so who is counting calories right!

I'd repeat what I had tonight. Not because it was special, but because I believe that if you're NOT living each day as it were your last, then you're not really living- at all... ... So if you didn't have that salad or steak- you blew it!
