well just be more outgoing and spontaneous. but be yourself. dress way cuter than you normally would. do extra little things to get him to notice you. compliment the little things you notice about him. and if you havent already, talk to the guy! maybe he likes you too and is waiting for you to send signals. so flirt a lot, play hard to get, look super cute and he'll notice you.

Just talk to him about a intrest you share with him! But if you are still a lil to shy to talk to him have someone introduce you! And if you and him are ment to be, everything will fall in place

I guess you're showing too much interest in him. You're just one of those 'irritating' girls to him. Try to get him to know you, then get him to notice that you're not falling over him like other girls. That'll make him more interested in knowing about you, and...well.. interest will cause him to know about your good sides.
