Not to mention the Israeli president he is wanted by the court for less than a kiss. It should be written in Zionists constitution that Karin Kayamat is crime for serving Jews only?

Shalom Ships Ahoy, I really thank you for your half-truth historical point of view. Your kind of people do prove my point view live .Fact:
Palestine Mandate government did exist before Israel.
When the UN divide Palestine they made 2 states one for the native people of Palestine " Christians and Moslems" and one for the new Immigrants who were never native of the land.
Issue with the Israelis is:
Israel want to keep land that was never part of Israel as declared in UN security council resolution 181 and 242.
Thank you for your time.

Zionists and racists claim that the Ancient Jews who lived in the Holy Land 3000 years were their ancestors while they deny the contemporary Palestinian people the right to claim their antecessors the Ancient Palestinian People. Palestine was the name of the Holy Land from the Roman time up to now. Today, the Palestinian population is product of many races: Arab, Egyptian, Jews, Greek, Roman, Kurds and Turks. And all they want to live in peace on their land. Funny to call the Palestinians are not Arabs and even funnier to call the new Jews Semitic people. Now i know why the Greek ppl like Palestinians and they are proud Greek people do you dig.

Israel uses basic laws that function exactly like constitution.

A kiss against one's will is considered sexual harassment in most of the countries, including Israel.
The case of Ramon (minister of justice) is more complicated than "just a kiss", as he is accused for abusing his authority as a minister.

Katzav (the president) is wanted by the court for a lot more than a kiss. He is accused of rape.

In both cases, determining and judging are neither my job nor yours. "Innocent until proven guilty" is one of Israel's basic laws regarding human dignity and liberty, and both Ramon's and Katzav's cases are yet to be decreed.

Keren Kayemet LeYisrael is a Jewish organization that was founded in 1901 by the Zionist movement in order to purchase lands in nowadays Israel. It was financed by donations of Jews all over the world.
The organization is now financed mostly by public funds and its activity was reduced for developing green areas, planting trees and such; the results of the organizations activities serve ALL citizens of Israel, Jews and Arabs as one.
In 1948, the lands that Keren Kayemet LeYisrael has purchased were transmitted to the authority of "Israel Land Administration", a wider national organization that serves ALL citizens of Israel.
The administration DOES sell lands to non-jewish citizens (including Arabs).

Now, please, enlighten me, what of all the above is considered "illegal" to you? I, as an Israeli, appereantly do not see the problems you do.

I have read through all your answers and it is obvious that you are a closed minded, opinionated bigot. It is because of people like you and your lack of understanding of international relations that causes death and destruction rather than progression and peace.

Many of your answers have facts plucked out of thin air (or more like a very feeble mind). So sit back, open your mind and please learn something about modern history...

In 1948, no Palestinian state was invaded or destroyed to make way for the establishment of Israel. From biblical times, when this territory was the state of the Jews, to its occupation by the British army at the end of World War I, Palestine had never existed as a distinct political entity but was rather part of one empire after another, from the Romans, to the Arabs, to the Ottomans. When the British arrived in 1917, the immediate loyalties of the area's inhabitants were parochial-to clan, tribe, village, town, or religious sect-and coexisted with their fealty to the Ottoman sultan-caliph as the religious and temporal head of the world Muslim community.

Under a League of Nations mandate explicitly meant to pave the way for the creation of a Jewish national home, the British established the notion of an independent Palestine for the first time and delineated its boundaries. In 1947, confronted with a determined Jewish struggle for independence, Britain returned the mandate to the League's successor, the United Nations, which in turn decided on November 29, 1947, to partition mandatory Palestine into two states: one Jewish, the other Arab.

The state of Israel was thus created by an internationally recognized act of national self-determination-an act, moreover, undertaken by an ancient people in its own homeland. In accordance with common democratic practice, the Arab population in the new state's midst was immediately recognized as a legitimate ethnic and religious minority. As for the prospective Arab state, its designated territory was slated to include, among other areas, the two regions under contest today-namely, Gaza and the West Bank (with the exception of Jerusalem, which was to be placed under international control).

As is well known, the implementation of the UN's partition plan was aborted by the effort of the Palestinians and of the surrounding Arab states to destroy the Jewish state at birth. What is less well known is that even if the Jews had lost the war, their territory would not have been handed over to the Palestinians. Rather, it would have been divided among the invading Arab forces, for the simple reason that none of the region's Arab regimes viewed the Palestinians as a distinct nation. As the eminent Arab-American historian Philip Hitti described the common Arab view to an Anglo-American commission of inquiry in 1946, "There is no such thing as Palestine in history, absolutely not."

This fact was keenly recognized by the British authorities on the eve of their departure. As one official observed in mid-December 1947, "it does not appear that Arab Palestine will be an entity, but rather that the Arab countries will each claim a portion in return for their assistance.

If you think for a second Davey, that peace is born from the hate of zealots like yourself, then the middle-east is set for a continuation of it's current turbulant times.

When they stated Native people of Palestine, who do you think they referred to? The British Mandate gave it BACK the Jews as their homeland. The name "Palestinian" doesn't even belong to the people we know them as now. They swiped that, too!

You want to talk truths? Who are these "Palestinians" you refer to? Where did they come from?

You mean fighting off invasions from the terrorist, I mean Arab countries? Trying to stop the suicide bombers from murdering innocent civilians?

Israel is the only democracy in the middle east. One day the Arab countries will accept Israel. However, until that day happens Israel will answer in the only way that their enemies understand...with force!
