thats all he wants is just friends ... then you have no guilt of having a boyfriend who will give you what you want ... maybe acting like you are interested in some other guy will give him the nudge he needs ... or i dont know your age so this sounds bad if you are too young ... just ride the no ties love train for a bit ... lol
no strings attached makeout sessions are the best. most of the time though it starts out as friends and develops into boyfriend / girlfriend ... maybe he has a fear of commitment or something a bad experience that makes him weary of doing the whole 'dating' thing ... bes of luck to you and your endevours

and if you keep this thought in the back of your mind you can never go wrong

There is no such thing as LOVE , its only LUST. and Love is just a four letter word to cover up a three letter word ... S e x

depending on how old u are...if you're young then don't try this. but hang out with him but go out to a club or some kind of place where you can get close physically. basically gauge how he acts while dancing and such. try kissing him while getting close dancing but not a wimpy kiss like a good kiss.
then when u leave the club kiss him again in the same exact way and try to have a little make out session. if he does that then he likes u, but the next day if he says it was a mistake then he has his own issues and u need to talk about it.

He definitely likes you. He wouldn't do all those things with you if he didn't like you. But he may not want to be in a relationship right now, or he might be scared that if u start going out it could ruin your friendship. Keep being his friend for a few weeks and then have another discussion about it. Assure him about things like, "i won't let anything that happens between us to ruin our friendship" or "If you aren't ready for a relationship right now i understand".

If I was him all I can say is I'm trying to keep it at a low level and really trying to hide that I like or love you because of being afraid of what you might say... If you make the first move then he'll probably say yes to any type of date if it's some place that he and you both like. I'm 15 so I'm having all sortsa problems relating to this type of stuff and I'm having troubles like no tomorrow myself :(

Ask him straight out and make things clear. If he wants to be just friends then he shouldn't be encouraging things by kissing you. If he wants to be more, then it's in your hands as to respond. It will be hard, but it will be easier if things are out in the open.

well girl ..... i can only say that you must ask him why doesn't he want to move on with your relationship , that you want to be more than friends, or of you don't want to tell him ask another friend to ask him like what is going on between you and him and stuff like that! and well ask him if he does like you, because i agree with that all these months for nothing... well
good luck =D*

if he doesn't want to be more than friend with u...don't let him kiss u or do anything that disrespects u,since he is not ready for any sort of commitment. He's confused probably. But that doesn't mean u'll have to wait on him.life is beautiful...see...hear..feel everything.im not saying he's using u..because u know him better than us obviously. But u have to keep your dignity up.Be friends with him...just friends.

you deserve better...there will be other guys who wil want to kiss you and hold your hand but who will actually want to date you and not just use you for affection. tell him if he just wants to be friends that you need to start acting like friends instead.

The guy's annoying. Plenty of other fish in the sea that won't yo-yo you around. Move on!

Be honest about what it is that YOU want. If you're ultimately fine with the way it's going, don't bother bringing it up. If you want more and he won't give it, don't let him make you miserable.
