Whole-Grain bread or IronKids bread (has all the fiber and 4 times the calcium)? What's so good about whole-grain anyway? I've been it eating for years but don't really know.

Look at the ingredients. The one that says whole-grain as the first ingredient listed should be eaten! It's good for your health and has so many benefits! Try to avoid "white" stuff as much as possible. White bread, white pasta, etc.

Whole grain bread is good for you because it has B vitamins, fiber, and hasn't been bleached like white bread has. I have never heard of IronKids bread, but that seems like a good choice. Pick whatever brand you think taste best because as long as its 100% whole grain, then it is good for you.

Just continue eating your bread as usual. Take apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water twice a day for the rest of your life. Two tablespoons should do it. ACV has over 93 different vitamins and minerals. Look on the web for more info. Makes hair and nails grow long and really strong too. Melts body fat.

Whole-Grain is the best bread there is out there. Whole-Grain is good because it not bleached like white bread it and it has its natural stuff in it.
