contact local animal shelters (humane society, aspca) to see what they charge. It depends on where you live as to how much it will cost. In New England it is 100-300 at a regular vet. I have know shelters that have done it from no cost to around 60. Also it is more expensive to spay and older cat, so get her done young.

normally the cost varies and it can cost all the way to $150 depending on the vet. where I work we charge $87 but it is good to check around. PS petsmart doesn't spayed cats in homes they only spayed and nuter the cats that they have to adopt out

Local Vet costs $40.00 to "fix" a cat. And never asked him about coupons. Good question.

Check with your local Animal Shelter. They should be able to give you the name of a good low cost vet in your area. They adopt pets out all the time, and recommend vets regularly.

I just got 2 cats spayed today. My vet was running a special on this day only. Regular price was $67.00. Today it was $35.00.

Next month they will have a spay day. Most places have this in the U.S. and spaying and neutering is reduced. My vet will have spay day on Feb. 27th and spays will be $40.00 and neuters $25.00.

My best suggestion is to call around to vets or contact your local humane society. Sometimes they will help you get cheaper spays done.

I was able to get "free" coupons from the animal shelter, when I had my cats spayed. It was part of their animal control program. Check with the shelter in your area, they may do the same thing. Good luck...

Check the Humane Society in your area. I know some have a certain days you can bring them in at a low cost.

Why would you want to spray something on a cat? Do you mean spayed? Maybe I just don't know that much about cats.
