I'd say you definitely pushed it way too hard too fast. Slow down! Instead of 25 minutes as fast as you can, go for 10-15 minutes at a reasonable pace. Do this for a couple of weeks and if you feel good at that, increase the pace a little but keep it to 10-15 minutes, even if you think you can do more. It takes a little discipline to stick to your routine, but believe me it's worth it.
I've seen it over and over again where people hit it too hard when starting out and get fed up because they're impatient to see results, or exercise for them is miserable because they push too hard and it's difficult. When you work out, you should feel good when done and looking forward to your next workout. This is how people are able to stick with it. I always say that the second hardest thing to do is starting a workout routine, the first hardest thing to do is staying with it.
I'd say start walking at a smooth pace, not too fast, and see how you feel in about five minutes. If you aren't breathing too heavily, increase your pace a bit. Make sure you also get a decent warmup before doing your main exercise. And stretch when you're done to prevent injury.
And if you're chest pain is consistent and isn't going away, I really do recommend seeing a doctor. The last thing you want is a debilitating or even life-threatening condition.
And congrats on starting up a routine! I hope it becomes a lifelong habit for you. Good job!

OK, what's you having is the result of what can be cal heart tiredness. For be the first time you do this kind of exercise I think you did to much and to fast. First, Did you go to the doctor to know your fat percentage by four age, high, etc? The pain may be cause for the fast heart beating and the concentration of the lactic acid in that area, the same that happens in the other muscles, since the heart is also a muscle. Before you exercise routine you should warm up your muscles by stretching and some cardio like jump the rope a little, may be 1 to 2 minutes making stops every 10 to 15 jumps, don't run, start walking for a few weeks then you can alternate walking with some running until your heart and muscles got used to it. make a proper diet high in proteins and low in carbs. Drink a lot of water. Good luck.

Since you have breasts i will assume that you are female
It has recently been discovered that female heart attacks do not follow the classic male pattern. Men often refer to the feeling they get as that of an elephant sitting on their chests.
Women don't get that they do however exhibit signs of sleeplessness.
I think that it would be irresponsible of anyone answering your question to suggest that you do anything BUT see a doctor immediately
I am not a doctor but there isa history of heart disease on both sides of the family, so I try to stay up on things
Ultimatley it comes out to a very simple understanding of the universe
While the mathmatecal possibilities of you actually having a heart attack here and now are small; The consequences of not taking action to prevent a heart attack are huge .
call 911 - let us know how it all worked out

Please don't play around with chest pain, doctor phobia or not. It could be skeletal pain but you should let a doctor decide that. Considering your weight you are already are at risk for a heart attack. You are on the right track to loose weight but exercise should be done gradually especially if you are not used to it.

that chest pain is called angina. it occurs when the heart does not get adequate oxygen, such as during intense exercise. in your case its also may be occurrin due to being overweight. you absolutely must lose weight. and even more importantly, you MUST go to the doctor. being overweight increases your chance of heart problems and clogging of your arteries

Please don't be afraid of doctors, but it is very normal to feel so. I suggest going to your doctor and talking to him about your concerns about your chest pain, diet and excercise and weight management.
