Why dump on the Muslims? Like Christianity and most other religions, it is just a knockoff of others that existed before it.
Judaism has its Messiah. Islam has its Mahdi. Christianity has its Christ (which comes from the Greek "Christos", a Messiah). all of them are derived from earlier religions.
Example: The cult of Attis and Cybele, in Phrygia. Attis is the man who is also God, he is our Mediator and Redeemer, he was born on December 25. Then at Easter he was crucified, laid in a tomb with a stone rolled to the door, then after three days the stone is rolled away, the tomb is found to be empty, and people cry "He is risen!".
All that was centuries before Jesus was born. And the religion of Attis is just a copy of the religion of Osiris and Isis of Egypt, which existed for thousands of years. Osiris redeemed us by dying, was resurrected, and is remembered in a meal of bread and wine. The bad guy who killed him was Set, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where the name "Satan" derives from.
In Greece, the god Osiris morphed into Dionysus. The ancient Egyptrian religion moved northward. Attis is the Phrygian version of Osiris. The Galatians lived in Phrygia and St. Paul got upset when he learned that the Galatians were observing days of the old local religion.
So it's not just the Muslims. Many religions - definitely including Christianity - follow Stone Age beliefs.

Believe it or not, religions such as Islam, Christianity and Judaism were all founded a long time ago...
In fact, if you take a look at all the major religions, you will find that they are as ancient as many of the first civilizations...
Hinduism is believed to be the oldest religion in history of mankind.
So in a way.. People who follow a religion are all practising and following "stone age" beliefs...
things that make you go hmm....

The same reason why many that Xians and Jews often do. They have taken mythological teachings meant to teach about timeless truths and interpreted them literally making they into strict facts and laws.
Also, it is not really a stone age belief system. I would assume they are a Bronze or Iron Age belief systems.

Actually the beliefs you are referring to are from past the stone age, more around the dark ages. That's the ethnocentric insult you were looking for.
And the reason is because Beliefs are hard to change. It takes a long time because people hold onto their deep core beliefs very, very strongly. The same can be said of most any religion.

I even have no longer something against absolutely everyone. I do exactly no longer think of faith is powerful to society or based in something yet lies and superstitions. Jews for the main area do no longer harass different human beings. So i do no longer care how they stay or what they think of. If Christians and Muslims stopped attempting to rigidity their bullflop on each and every physique else i could have no bone to p.c.. with them in any respect.

Because they are an Abramic religion, all of which use different versions of the same book. Actually I think it is more Bronze Age beliefs that the Koran, Bible and Torah have, but we knew what you meant. Stone age beliefs would not likely be monotheistic, and would be animistic.

It's not stone age beliefs, it's the teachings of Prophet Muhammad and Allah. Muslims must follow it because they're born into it or convert to.

Way to go. Are you the new face of the typical british 20 something??? Heard of the words tolerance, dignity and respect. Actually, from your question I think that we can all assume you have no dignity, tolerance or respect. You bring a new meaning to the word moron.
Your Mother must be sooo proud. My greatest sympathies to her.

OK, I am a christian, but because of that I don't believe that anyone has the right to judge any other religion. I think you are being very disrespectful with the Muslims, because all of them are not crazy!
