I sorry but either than exercise almost everything is wrong!
1) Please try not to eat after exerccise! If you must, take some fruits...A apple or two or you have wasted your time!
2) Breakfast is the most important meal and a must! If you have no time, wake up earlier!
3) pizza, spaghetti for lunch? Those food should not be in your plan! A treat maybe, but leave it out as much as possible!
4) Fast food are a no-no!
5) Snacks? Sure but not ice-cream! orange juice, apples, nuts, salads without salad dressing are all fine.
6) Sleep. Try to sleep at 10 and wake up like 7.
Hope you fine these tips useful!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Sorry to say, it sounds like you're doing a lot wrong. You HAVE to eat breakfast. Otherwise your body will just cling to that fat and add to eat when you do eat. You should be drinking a lot of water, and eating vegetables, fruit, lean protein, and high fiber complex carbs. I f you have to eat out, get a salad or a grilled chicken sandwich. And swimming everyday is great, but it's not going to spot reduce your stomach. Do ab and core exercises when you can.

Read your full question you posted back to yourself. You have to start eating more healthy and don't skip meals. You can workout everyday and be in good cardio shape but if you eat junk food all day long you won't get the results you want. Trust me, I know from personal experience. It wasn't until I started eating better and more often along with daily exercise that I started seeing the results i wanted

WHat are you doing wrong? Are you kidding me? Look at what you eat. You most likely don't have 20 inches of belly fat and there's no such thing as spot reduction so you can't lose the fat off of your belly only. What you eat is most important. if you treat your body like crap by feeding it crap, it will look like crap. Start changing your eating habits.
