it was in a frineds car wich i was a rear passanger in and ther was a beer by my feet unopeen , can i get off this or what ? let me know please asap i have ocurrt tomorrow

Was anyone in the car a legal adult? If not everybody gets charged Minor in Possession. If there was an adult in the car, that person gets charged with Contributing and you still get charged with the possession.
Don't get too worked up over this; it is a pretty minor charge. At most, you get fined, maybe some community service time. This isn't the kind of charge that destroys your life.

pick your friends better but i would suggest you go and then tell the judge you want a trial . At the trial you will bw able to explain for self the first apperance is just to plead guilty or not guilty ig u plead not guilty the judge will set a trial date. i am in the law field lots o luck

You will probably not get off totally. My guess is the judge will give you community service and / or a fine.

If it is at your feet, it definitely would mean that you have possession of it. You will not get off with this one.
