You can try all the romantic things everybody knows of. But unfortunately if she broke up with you, she has lost feelings for you and it will probably not work.
If you try getting her back, and see that she is not responding, ask yourself this:
Do I really want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with me?
The answer should be NO.

Never take them back. It's not worth the pain. She already told you she's not that interested in you, and she never will be again ... at least for very long, and she now can push your buttons, so you can't take her back.
Who do you think you are? Richard Burton (married Elizabeth Taylor twice and divorced twice) or Kid Rock (I think you know this foolish business)?
Have some pride. If you run into her, you're busy and gotta go, but sure was nice seeing her again, read no emails, and delete all phone messages. Move on.
If she comes back and says she made a mistake, say..
"I know you did, but the important thing is you learned from it so that you'll treat the next guy better".

Well, it depends on why she broke up with you. If she is a complete jerk then you don't need her back, she isn't the girl of your dreams. But if there was another reason, then try talking to her and if that doesn't work, try candies and flowers, valentine's day is coming up and a really romantic jesture could help you win her back!:D

okay.. first of all you have to figure out why this dream girl broke up with you and in turn broke your heart. if you dont know why, go straight to her. call her and ask what went wrong. dont do the whole creepy, "i love you! i have to have you! im sorry! im begging you! PLEASE!!!" just ask her casually. try to be registered as her friend again, and prove to her that what you did before will never happen again. dont go all obsessive on her. (ive had a guy try that once. and it CREEPED me out to the max!) also, dont act like a sad puppy dog.be yourself. its okay to tell people youre sad about the break up, maybe talk to her friends so they can pass the message along. but again.. mention it casually, and dont be obsessive, or love sick puppy dog.
a cute idea to win her over is like on v-day leave a huge teddy bear in her first class seat with a dozen red roses and a simple card that says, "just thinkin of you on this holiday.. have a great v-day". dont walk up to her in the hall and ask if she liked the teddy. just kinda act like its no big deal. or if you hear through the grapevine she has no date, offer a group thing at the mall or your house watching movies. one v-day i spent with my sis, my cousin, and my boyfriend at the time. we all watched nothing but scary movies. it was awesome.
but a lot of what you should do depends on why she broke up with you. if you have yahoo messanger e-mail me and ill give you my I.D. ill give you some more advice once you find out WHY she broke up with you, if you feel my advice is worth any time at all.

Well find out the reasons she left you. If the reasons were your behaviour etc then you can work to overcome these things. However if she is tired of you and doesn't want you anymore why torture youself

Ask her, in all honesty, why she left you. Review her answer just as honestly.
If you honestly are not really to change. Let her go.

Drag her back into her cage and don't let her out again until she sleeps with you.
