The Koran says Idolatry is the greatest sin because worhsipping a false god leads people away from the truth and the truth cannot be attained.
the bible says that Blaspheming the HOLY Ghost is is the only sin that is unforgiveable, but I dont believe any mortal men understands what it means, so none of Us can really be found guilty of it.
The worst crime is NOT murder a sin that combines the top two with all the major sins.
Sorcery can achieve worst status above Rape and murder and idolatry.

Hello!
OBSERVATION - It is beyond your capability. It is not you who observe but sitting in you, someone bigger than you are observing

REASON - It is logic related to mind and again it is the natural function of mind. Again, beyond you

Evidence Gathering - It is you. Not your naturtal mind or natural observation.

In my opinion, Observation and Reason is not SIN. I am sure you must have agreed with me.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit because it is unforgiveable as you can read in Matthew 12:31 & 32.
This scripture also shows that the trinity is a false doctrine because it says speaking a word against the Son of Man, Jesus, is forgiven, but NOT against the Holy Spirit.
So if the son and the Holy Spirit are one as many religions teach, then why would this sin be forgiven to Jesus Christ and not the Holy Spirit...IF THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME?

31 “On this account I say to YOU, Every sort of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. 32 For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come.

Sin does not come in degrees, sin is sin, word says if your guilty of one your guilty. The only unpardonable sin is the rejection of God's Son whom He sent to save us from our sins.

Reason is frowned upon the most by those that would have you listen to their teachings, teachings which defy reason. So I guess they would call it a "sin" for self-serving reasons.
